Configuration:
Load() now takes a second parameter "flags" of type ParseFlags.
Features:
Ignoring comments - pass ParseFlags.IgnoreComments to Configuration.Load.
Accepting empty setting values - pass ParseFlags.AcceptEmptyValues to Configuration.Load.
