(@NogginBops) API: Add `MathHelper.RadToDeg(d)` and `MathHelper.DegToRad(d)` constants for conversion between radians and degrees. (@DamienIsPoggers) API: Add support for the `ALC_SOFT_loopback` OpenAL extension through `OpenTK.Audio.OpenAL.ALC.Loopback`.
